The present invention relates to a device for lifting a PHC pile and an embedded PHC pile construction method using the same, wherein a lifting device is fixed to a head unit of a PHC pile when the PHC pile having a length shorter than the depth of an excavation hole is constructed in an embedded method, such that the PHC pile may be safely mounted on a lower surface of the excavation hole while being lifted by a crane. Therefore, a front end portion of the PHC pile can be prevented from being damaged by an impact force generated when the PHC pile free-falls in the excavation hole. In addition, when a hammer is used to apply a light impact, the impact force is delivered to the head unit of the PHC pile through the lifting device, such that the head unit of the PHC pile can be prevented from being damaged by a side impact. Furthermore, a lifting rod is fixed between the upper and lower plate materials or fixed to a lower surface of the lower plate material or a fixating groove formed at a lower surface, thereby increasing structural stability and minimizing the height of a reinforcing member to reduce fabrication costs.

    본 발명은 굴착공 깊이보다 짧은 길이의 PHC 말뚝을 매입공법으로 시공할 때 PHC 말뚝의 두부에 인양장치를 고정하여 크레인으로 인양한 상태에서 PHC 말뚝을 굴착공 저면에 안전하게 안착시킬 수 있으므로 굴착공 내에서 PHC 말뚝의 자유낙하시 발생하는 충격력으로 인한 PHC 말뚝의 선단부 파손을 방지할 수 있으며 해머를 이용하여 경타를 가할 경우 타격력이 인양장치를 통해 PHC 말뚝의 두부에 전달되므로 편타격에 의한 PHC 말뚝의 두부 손상을 방지할 수 있으며 인양봉을 상,하부판재 사이에 고정시키거나 하부판재의 저면 또는 하부면에 형성된 고정홈에 고정시키므로 구조적인 안정성을 증대시키고 보강부재의 높이를 최소화하여 제작비용을 절감하는 PHC 말뚝 인양장치 및 이를 이용한 매입 PHC 말뚝 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
