The present invention relates to a farming buoy for coating a foam molded buoy and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to a farming buoy for coating a foam molded buoy which is cylindrical shaped, foams a foam body by using expanded polystyrene (epp) to form a semispherical hollow or cylindrical shape, and in case of a semispherical shape, welds the foam body to each other to fix to have a cylindrical shape and coats a coating member made of needle PP in an outer diameter to provide sufficient buoyancy and strength; and a manufacturing method thereof. For a foam buoy which has an outer diameter foam body formed in a semispherical shape and having with a coupling groove (32) in an outer diameter by a predetermined interval, and coats the outer diameter foam body with a coating member (11) to be integrated with a side cover (14), the present invention comprises an outer diameter foam body (30, 30a) having a circumferential reinforcing stand (34), of which an inner diameter is formed as an outer diameter space (31), on a place on which a coupling groove (32) is placed, and having a center reinforcing stand (35) protruding in a center thereof, and melting a bonding surface (37) to be integrally coupled. A coating member (11) extruding needle PP to be formed is melted in a melting unit (12) to coat an entire surface of the outer diameter foam body (30, 30a) such that the side cover (14) and a side wing (13) are melted by a side melting unit (33) and fixed.

    본 발명은 발포성형 부표의 코팅을 위한 양식용 부표와 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 원통 형상으로 epp(발포폴리스티렌)을 이용하여 반원형의 중공 형상이나 원통형이 형성되도록 발포몸체를 발포하며 반원형의 경우 상기 발포몸체를 서로 용접하여 원통형이 되도록 고정한 후 외경에 니들PP로 이루어진 코팅부재를 코팅하여 충분한 부력과 강성을 제공하도록 하는 발포성형 부표의 코팅을 위한 양식용 부표와 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 반원형으로 이루어지며 외경의 일정간격에 결속홈(32)을 형성하는 외경 발포몸체로 이루어지고, 상기 외경 발포몸체에 측면덮개(14)와 코팅부재(11)로 일체형이 되도록 코팅하는 양식용 부표에 있어서, 내경이 외경공간(31)으로 형성되며 결속홈(32)이 위치하는 곳에 원주 보강대(34)가 형성되며, 중앙에 중심 보강대(35)가 돌출되고, 접합면(37)을 용융시켜 일체형으로 결합하는 외경 발포몸체(30, 30a)를 포함하고, 니들PP를 압출하여 성형되는 코팅부재(11)가 용접부(12)에서 용접되어 외경 발포몸체(30, 30a)의 전체면을 코팅하여 측면덮개(14)와 측면날개(13)를 측면 용접부(33)로 용접하여 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
