The present invention relates to an aluminum wheel, which comprises: a wheel portion formed with an aluminum material; a hollow pipe portion embedded in the wheel portion; and a resonance hole portion formed in the wheel portion and the hollow pipe portion for a fluid to enter thereinto. The wheel portion and the hollow pipe portion are formed by an insert insertion casting method of different materials to improve productivity and reduce load noise.

    본 발명은 차량용 알루미늄 휠에 관한 것으로, 알루미늄 재질을 포함하여 이루어지는 휠부와, 휠부에 내장되는 중공관부와, 휠부와 중공관부에 형성되어 유체가 출입되는 공명홀부를 포함하고, 휠부와 중공관부는 이종재질의 인서트 삽입 주조 방식으로 형성됨으로써, 생산성이 향상되고 로드 소음을 저감할 수 있다.
