An objective of the present invention is to provide a head liner for a vehicle, which is made of spun lace non-woven fabric manufactured in a physical method without using a chemical binder in manufacturing of non-woven fabric to prevent generation of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) such as formaldehyde, which is generated by use of the chemical binder and harmful to a human body, so as to be safely used. More specifically, the objective of the present invention is to provide a head liner for a vehicle, in which polyethylene terephthalate (PET) fiber is used for fiber used for manufacturing spun lace non-woven fabric for the head liner to be light and difficult to break and to secure the strength equivalent to a conventional head liner while being safely used.

    본 발명은 부직포를 제작할 때 케미컬 바인더를 사용하지 않고 물리적인 방법으로 제작한 스펀레이스 부직포를 이용하여 헤드라이너를 제작하므로, 케미컬 바인더 사용으로 발생할 수 있는 포름알데히드와 같이 인체에 해를 끼치는 휘발성 유기화합물(VOSs: Volatile Organic Compounds)의 발생을 막아 안전하게 사용할 수 있게 한 자동차용 헤드라이너를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 특히, 본 발명은 스펀레이스 부직포 제작에 사용하는 섬유로 PET(Polyethylene terephthalate) 섬유를 이용하므로, 가벼우면서도 잘 깨기지 않을 뿐만 아니라 안전하게 사용하면서 기존 헤드라이너와 동등한 강성을 확보할 수 있게 한 자동차용 헤드라이너를 제공하는 데 다른 목적이 있다.
