The present invention relates to a charger in which a single phase and a three phase are combined. The charger in which the single phase and the three phase are combined comprises: a phase voltage selector which performs switching according to a case where the input power is single phase or three phase; three single phase power factor improving converters connected to the phase voltage selector by each phase; and a DC/DC converter performing charge control by connecting an output terminal of three single phase power factor improving converters, wherein the phase voltage selector forms and changes a connection between the input power supply and the three single phase power factor improving converters through switching and then supplies input power of the single phase or the three phase to at least one of the three single phase power factor improving converters.
