The present invention relates to a swivel joint. The swivel joint is to improve sealing performance and durability. According to the present invention, the swivel joint includes: a housing unit having a through space inside and having a sealing groove unit formed to be dented and including a sealing unit on the inner circumference on one side of the through space, wherein the housing unit has a first short protrusion unit and a second short protrusion unit formed in order on the inner circumference of the other side of the through space; a ball support unit formed in a cylindrical shape having the thickness corresponding to the width of a short protrusion of the first short protrusion unit and having a second ball groove at an end, wherein the outer circumference is connected by being screwed to the inner circumference of an extension coupling unit; a stem unit having a third ball groove on the outer surface facing the second ball groove and having a sealing end unit at a frame of the outer circumference of an end exposed to the outside of the ball support unit, wherein the radius of the sealing end unit becomes reduced toward an end; a ball unit having multiple balls inserted in the circumferential direction between a first ball groove, the second ball groove, and the third ball groove and rotating and supporting the stem unit; and a needle bearing unit installed between the second short protrusion unit and a third short protrusion unit and rotating and supporting the stem unit. The housing unit has the first ball groove at a corner of the first short protrusion unit and, also, has an extension coupling unit extended from the first short protrusion unit. The outer surface of one end of the stem unit is inserted into the through space to face the sealing groove unit, and the outer circumference of the other side of the stem unit has the third short protrusion unit.

    밀폐성 및 내구성이 개선되도록, 본 발명은 내부에 관통공간이 형성되며, 상기 관통공간의 일측 내주에 밀폐수단이 개재되는 밀폐홈부가 함몰 형성되고, 상기 관통공간의 타측 내주면에 제1단턱부 및 제2단턱부가 순차적으로 형성되되, 상기 제1단턱부의 모서리에 제1볼홈이 형성되고 상기 제1단턱부로부터 연장된 연장체결부가 구비되는 하우징부; 상기 제1단턱부의 단턱폭에 대응되는 두께를 갖는 원통형으로 구비되어 외주면이 상기 연장체결부 내주와 나사 체결되어 결합되되, 단부에 제2볼홈이 형성된 볼지지부; 일단부 외면이 상기 밀폐홈부에 대향되도록 상기 관통공간으로 삽입되고 타측 외주면에 제3단턱부가 형성되며, 상기 제1볼홈 및 상기 제2볼홈에 대향되는 외면에 제3볼홈이 형성되고, 상기 볼지지부의 외측으로 노출된 타단부 외주 테두리에 끝단으로 갈수록 반경이 감소되는 밀폐단부가 형성된 스템부; 상기 제1볼홈, 상기 제2볼홈 및 상기 제3볼홈 사이에 원주방향을 따라 복수개의 볼이 삽입 배치되어 상기 스템부를 회전지지하는 볼부; 및 상기 제2단턱부 및 상기 제3단턱부 사이에 배치되어 상기 스템부를 회전지지하는 니들베어링부를 포함하는 스위블 조인트.
