The present invention relates to a lubrication device capable of suppressing determination in drag loss. According to the present invention, the lubrication device comprises: an input shaft mechanical oil pump (MOP) (51) driven by an engine (10); an output shaft MOP (52) driven by an output shaft; a first flow path (71) supplying oil discharged from the input shaft MOP (51) to first and second motors (MG1, MG2) disposed in a hybrid vehicle (10); and a second flow path (72) supplying the oil discharged from the output shaft MOP (52) to the first and second motors (MG1, MG2). During an EV driving mode driven by power of the second motor (MG2) without using the engine (10) as a driving source, the amount of oil supplied to the first motor (MG1) by the output shaft MOP (52) is less than that in an HV driving mode driven by the engine (10) and the second motor (MG2).

    윤활 장치는, 엔진 (10) 에 의해 구동되는 입력축 MOP (51) 와, 출력축 (28) 에 의해 구동되는 출력축 MOP (52) 와, 입력축 MOP (51) 로부터 토출된 오일을 하이브리드 차량 (1) 에 구비된 제 1 전동기 (MG1) 및 제 2 전동기 (MG2) 에 공급하기 위한 제 1 유로 (71) 와, 출력축 MOP (52) 로부터 토출된 오일을 제 1 전동기 (MG1) 및 제 2 전동기 (MG2) 에 공급하기 위한 제 2 유로 (72) 를 구비하고, 상기 엔진 (10) 을 구동원으로 하지 않고 제 2 전동기 (MG2) 의 동력에 의해 주행하는 EV 주행시에는, 엔진 (10) 과 제 2 전동기 (MG2) 의 동력에 의해 주행하는 HV 주행시와 비교하여, 상기 출력축 MOP (52) 가 제 1 전동기 (MG1) 에 공급하는 오일의 양을 저감시킨다.
