According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is an outside air inflow opening and closing apparatus. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the outside air inflow opening and closing apparatus includes: a housing which is installed on an opening in which a wall surface is penetrated and in which a front surface and a back surface are opened so that an inner space communicates with the opening; a plurality of louver blades coupled to the housing by crossing over the inner space in a horizontal direction and arranged in parallel with a predetermined interval; a plurality of dampers formed in a plate shape, rotationally coupled to the louver blades, sealing a space between the louver blades by the gravity, and opening the space between the louver blades by air passing through the space between the louver blades; and a heating unit installed on at least one of the louver blade and the damper and generating heat by being supplied with electricity.

    본 발명의 일 실시예에 의해 외기 유입 개폐장치가 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 외기 유입 개폐장치는, 벽면이 관통되어 형성된 개구에 설치되며, 전면과 후면이 개방되어 내부공간이 개구와 연통되는 하우징과, 내부공간에 수평 방향으로 가로질러 하우징에 결합되며, 복수 개가 일정 간격 이격되어 나란히 배열된 루버블레이드와, 플레이트 형상으로 형성되고 루버블레이드에 회동 가능하게 결합되어 중력에 의해 루버블레이드 사이를 밀폐하며 루버블레이드 사이를 통과하는 공기에 의해 루버블레이드 사이를 개방하는 복수 개의 댐퍼, 및 루버블레이드 및 댐퍼 중 적어도 하나에 설치되며 전력을 공급받아 열을 발생시키는 발열부를 포함할 수 있다.
