According to the present invention, a method of controlling a shutdown of a fuel cell system comprises: a fuel cell confirming step of confirming, by a control unit, whether the fuel cell is shut down when a key-off signal is transmitted; a voltage comparing step of comparing, by the control unit, a voltage of the fuel cell with a first setting voltage when the fuel cell is determined to be driven according to a result obtained in the fuel cell confirming step; a voltage downward control step of controlling, by the control unit, a voltage of a high voltage terminal downward when the voltage of the fuel cell is determined to be greater than the first setting voltage according to a result obtained in the voltage comparing step; a first COD control step of controlling, by the control unit, a COD relay to be turned on after the voltage downward control step is performed; a first high voltage blocking step of controlling, by the control unit, a high voltage terminal relay between the fuel cell and components of the high voltage terminal to be turned off after the first COD control step is performed; and a system shutdown step of shutting down, by the control unit, the fuel cell and controlling a key to be turned off after the first high voltage blocking step is performed. According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent durability of the fuel cell from being deteriorated due to generation of overvoltage.

    본 발명에 따른 연료전지 시스템의 정지 제어방법은 키 오프(KEY OFF) 신호가 전달될 경우, 제어부가 연료전지의 셧-다운 여부를 확인하는 연료전지확인단계; 상기 연료전지확인단계 수행결과, 연료전지가 구동중인 경우, 상기 제어부가 연료전지의 전압을 제1설정전압과 비교하는 전압비교단계; 상기 전압비교단계 수행결과, 연료전지의 전압이 제1설정전압보다 클 경우, 상기 제어부가 고전압단 전압을 하향제어하는 전압하향제어단계; 상기 전압하향제어단계 후, 상기 제어부가 COD릴레이를 온(ON) 제어하는 제1COD제어단계; 상기 제1COD제어단계 후, 상기 제어부가 연료전지와 고전압단 부품들 사이의 고전압단릴레이를 오프(OFF) 제어하는 제1고전압차단단계; 및 상기 제1고전압차단단계 후, 상기 제어부가 연료전지를 셧-다운시킨 다음, 키 오프(KEY OFF) 제어하는 시스템정지단계;를 포함할 수 있다.
