The present invention relates to a foam filling mold device for a foam field tire and, more particularly, to a mold device for manufacturing a form field tire. The foam filling mold device for a foam field tire is that the bonding and the maintaining of the bonded state between a plurality of molds joined up and down are formed by magnetic force to achieve process automation with omission of a mold clamping operation by an operator. The foam filling mold device for a foam field tire comprises: a pair of base molds and top molds formed in a cylindrical structure by fitting into a tire center hole to seal an inner space of the tire and divided up and down; and an electromagnet for releasing the magnetic force in a state inherent in the base mold, being in contact with a close region of the base mold and the top mold joined up and down and maintaining the bonded state thereof.

    본 발명은 폼필드타이어용 폼 충진 금형장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 폼필드타이어 제조를 위한 금형장치에 있어, 상하로 합치된 복수 몰드 간 접합 및 그 접합상태 유지를 자기력으로 이루어 작업자에 의한 몰드 체결작업의 생략과 함께 공정자동화를 달성할 수 있도록 한 폼필드타이어용 폼 충진 금형장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 타이어 중앙홀에 끼워맞춤하여 상기 타이어 내부공간이 밀폐되도록 한 원통형 구조를 이루되, 상하로 분할되는 한 쌍의 베이스몰드 및 탑몰드; 및, 상기 베이스몰드에 내재된 상태로 자기력을 방출하여, 상하로 합치된 상기 베이스몰드와 상기 탑몰드의 밀착부위 접합 및 그 접합상태를 유지시키는 전자석;을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
