Disclosed are a drowsy-driving prevention method and a drowsy-driving prevention system to control a stimulation unit and a measurement unit by performing an artificial intelligence (AI) algorithm and/or a machine learning algorithm in a 5G environment connected for Internet of things. According to the present invention, the drowsy-driving prevention method comprises a stimulating step, a measuring step and a determining step. The stimulation unit outputs stimulation to stimulate sensory organs of a driver, and then, the measurement unit measures a biosignal of the driver from the time to output the stimulation. When the biosignal of the driver is determined not to be a response to the stimulation, the stimulation unit can output stimulation again.

    사물 인터넷을 위해 연결된 5G 환경에서 인공지능(artificial intelligence, AI) 알고리즘 및/또는 기계학습(machine learning) 알고리즘을 실행하여 자극부와 측정부를 제어하는 운전자 졸음 방지 방법 및 운전자 졸음 방지 시스템이 개시된다. 본 발명의 운전자 졸음 방지 방법은, 자극하는 단계, 측정하는 단계 및 판단하는 단계를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다. 자극부가 자극을 출력하여 운전자의 감각기관을 자극하고 나서, 측정부가 자극의 출력시점부터 운전자의 생체신호를 측정한다. 운전자의 생체신호가 자극에 대한 반응이 아니라고 판단되면, 자극부가 자극을 재출력할 수 있다.
