The present invention relates to technology to offset an inertia force applied to a person or an object getting on a transportation means when acceleration of the transportation means is changed. Therefore, pressure applied to a seat belt is reduced, another force to offset an inertia force is made by using gravity to significantly increase stability of the transportation means of which stability is reduced due to an inertia force. When acceleration is changed, a tilting vehicle body (34) is raised upwards in a direction of a generated inertia force by tilting the tilting vehicle body (34) to make a force to offset the inertia force. Therefore, the transportation means can be used with high stability more comprehensively.

    본 고안은 교통수단의 가속도 변화시 탑승하고 있는 사람 혹은 물체에 작용하는 관성력을 상쇄시키는 기술에 관한 것으로, 따라서 좌석벨트로 가해지는 압박을 줄이고, 관성력을 상쇄시키기 위한 또 다른 힘을 중력을 이용하여 만들어내어 관성력으로 인해 안전성이 떨어지는 교통수단의 안전성을 획기적으로 끌어올리는 것을 위 발명의 목적으로 가속도의 변화 시 발생하는 관성력의 방향으로 틸팅차체(34)가 위로 위로 올라가도록 틸팅차체(34)를 기울려 관성력을 상쇄하는 힘을 만듬으로서 더 포괄적으로 안전성 높은 교통수단 이용을 가능하게한다.
