The present invention relates to a modified conjugated diene-based polymer. More specifically, the present invention relates to a modified conjugated diene-based polymer produced via continuous polymerization, having excellent processibility, and having excellent properties due to a narrow molecular weight distribution; and a rubber composition comprising the same. The modified conjugated diene-based polymer has a unimodal molecular weight distribution curve obtained by gel permeation chromatography (GPC).

    본 발명은 변성 공액디엔계 중합체에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 연속 중합에 의해 제조되어, 가공성이 뛰어나면서도, 분자량 분포가 좁아 물성이 우수한 변성 공액디엔계 중합체 및 이를 포함하는 고무 조성물에 관한 것이다.
