The present invention provides a regenerative braking control device, a vehicle having the same, and a control method for the same. According to an aspect of the present invention, the regenerative braking control device obtains a deceleration value and a deceleration time based on a relative speed and a distance with other vehicles and controls regenerative braking based on the obtained deceleration value and the deceleration time. According to the present invention, the vehicle includes: a motor driving a wheel; a battery supplying driving power to the motor and charged by the motor in the regenerative braking; an obstacle detecting unit detecting an obstacle; a speed detecting unit detecting a driving speed; a front monitoring device obtaining distance from the obstacle based on information detected by the obstacle detecting unit and outputting information on the front of the vehicle based on the obtained distance; and the regenerative braking control device. The regenerative braking control device stores a regenerative braking rate by the each deceleration value corresponding to each of the multiple deceleration times in a lookup table and obtains a driving speed based on the information detected by the speed detecting unit. The regenerative braking control device also obtains the relative speed to the other vehicle based on the obtained distance and the obtained driving speed and obtains the deceleration value and the deceleration time based on the obtained distance, the relative speed, and the predetermined distance. Also, the regenerative braking control device obtains the regenerative braking rate corresponding to the deceleration value and the deceleration time obtained based on the lookup table of a storage unit and outputs a control command corresponding to the regenerative braking rate by the motor.

    본 발명의 차량은 차륜을 구동시키는 모터; 모터에 구동 전력을 공급하고, 회생 제동 시에 모터에 의해 충전되는 배터리; 장애물을 검출하는 장애물 검출부; 주행 속도를 검출하는 속도 검출부; 장애물 검출부에서 검출된 정보에 기초하여 장애물과의 거리를 획득하고 획득된 거리에 기초하여 차량의 전방 정보를 출력하는 전방 모니터링 장치; 및 복수 개의 감속 시간 각각에 대응하는 감속도 값별 회생 제동량을 룩업 테이블로 저장하고, 속도 검출부에서 검출된 정보에 기초하여 주행 속도를 획득하고, 획득된 거리 및 주행 속도에 기초하여 다른 차량과의 상대 속도를 획득하고 획득된 거리, 상대 속도 및 미리 설정된 거리에 기초하여 감속도 값과 감속시간을 획득하고 저장부의 룩업 테이블에 기초하여 획득된 감속도 값과 감속 시간에 대응하는 회생 제동량을 획득하고, 회생 제동량에 대응하는 제어 명령을 모터에 출력하는 회생 제동 제어 장치를 포함한다.
