The present invention relates to a parking space guiding apparatus and a system including the same and a method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the parking space guiding apparatus comprises: a parking lot entrance determining unit for determining whether a current position is a parking lot when a vehicle is turned off; a signal amplitude calculating unit for calculating an amplitude magnitude of a transmitted and received low-frequency signal; a neighboring vehicle presence/absence determination unit for determining presence/absence of a neighboring vehicle by using the amplitude magnitude of the calculated low-frequency signal; and a communication unit for transmitting a result of the determination of the presence/absence of the neighboring vehicle to a vehicle server.

    본 발명은 주차 공간 안내 장치, 그를 포함하는 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 주차 공간 안내 장치는 차량 시동 오프 시 현재 위치가 주차장인지 판단하는 주차장 진입 판단부; 송수신되는 저주파 신호의 진폭 크기를 산출하는 신호 진폭 산출부; 상기 산출된 저주파 신호의 진폭 크기를 이용하여 주변 차량 유무를 판단하는 주변 차량 유무 판단부; 및 상기 주변 차량 유무 판단 결과를 차량 서버로 전송하는 통신부;를 포함할 수 있다.
