Disclosed is a high efficiency multi-output forward converter with low conduction loss and low magnetizing current offset. The converter for a vehicle comprises a converter circuit for outputting a vehicle voltage. In the converter circuit, a first output circuit for outputting a first vehicle output voltage and a second output circuit for outputting a second vehicle output voltage as a secondary circuit after a transformer can be configured in parallel through the transformer.
