The present invention provides a low power wide area (LPWA) based central control system which informs a driver of information on road accidents, climate and construction by controlling flickering cycles of a state alarm lamp. According to the present invention, a road state alarm system implements a risk element recognition function, a notice function, a countermeasure function and a control function. According to the present invention, the road state alarm system can perform real time control and flicker the state alarm lamp immediately after accidents to prevent primary accidents and secondary accidents and can moderate acceleration or deceleration by state prediction to save energy.

    본 발명은 도로 상의 사고, 기상, 공사 정보를 상황 경보등의 점멸 주기를 제어함으로써, 운전자에게 위험을 고지하는 LPWA(Low Power Wide Area) 기반 중앙 관제 시스템을 제공한다.
