The present invention relates to a cooling and heating system of a battery for a vehicle, which comprises: a battery module which provides driving energy to the vehicle; an electric field component for driving the vehicle through the driving energy of the battery module; an air flow path portion including a first flow path in which a radiator is disposed and through which air passing through the electric component of the vehicle flows and a second flow path for allowing the air passing through the radiator to be discharged to the outside of the vehicle, and having a door for selectively opening and closing the first flow path and the second flow path; and a control portion for controlling opening and closing operations of the door.
