The present invention provides a glass wiring apparatus which can reduce influence of a noise signal generated by a camera provided in a vehicle and a vehicle including the glass wiring apparatus. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the glass wiring apparatus comprises: a rear camera provided inside the vehicle; and an antenna pattern provided in at least two meander patterns around the rear camera so as to allow a noise signal generated from the rear camera not to reach the outside of the vehicle.
