The present invention relates to a main circuit breaker control system capable of minimizing damage or malfunction of an electrical device of a railroad car and a main circuit breaker control method using the same. The main circuit breaker control system comprises a control module controlling opening and closing timing of a main circuit breaker which blocks power supplied to a main transformer of the railroad car from a streetcar line. The control module includes: a sensing unit measuring streetcar line voltage and regular power source of the railroad car; and a monitor control unit calculating a phase angle of the measured streetcar line voltage and determining the opening and closing timing of the main circuit breaker based on the regular power source of the railroad car and contact wear of the main circuit breaker.

    주회로 차단기 제어시스템 및 이를 이용한 주회로 차단기 제어방법에서, 상기 주회로 차단기 제어시스템은 전차선으로부터 철도 차량의 주변압기에 공급되는 전원을 차단하는 주회로 차단기의 개폐시점을 제어하는 제어모듈을 포함하고, 상기 제어모듈은, 전차선 전압 및 철도 차량의 상시전원을 계측하는 센싱부, 및 상기 계측된 전차선 전압의 위상각을 연산하고, 상기 철도 차량의 상시전원 및 주회로 차단기의 접점 마모를 바탕으로 주회로 차단기의 개폐시점을 판단하는 감시 제어부를 포함한다.
