The present invention relates to a drive control apparatus for a cleaning plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV), and more particularly, to a drive control apparatus, wherein when an analog voltage value of 0 V to 5 V in an accelerator pedal is applied to a vehicle control unit (VCU) according to an operation of the accelerator pedal, torque and speed commands are transmitted to a motor control unit (MCU) according to an acceleration state of a vehicle, and the MCU increases a speed by generating a power to wheels through a decelerator of an engine; and a brake pedal effort is detected by an angle sensor connected to a brake pedal as the brake pedal is operated, an angle value is transmitted to the(VCU), and an air pressure is electrically controlled by a pressure control valve (PCV) installed in a brake line so as to reduce the speed. Accordingly, when the cleaning PHEV is accelerated or decelerated, in order to transmit acceleration and deceleration signals to the wheels by the power of a motor, a current vehicle speed, a creep torque calculation value, an accelerator pedal conversion value, and a regenerative braking calculation value are calculated to reduce a braking air pressure so as to reduce a braking torque, and stable driving of the cleaning PHEV is ensured through smooth regenerative braking by the reduced braking torque.

    본 발명은 PHEV 청소차 주행 제어장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 액셀 페달의 가동에 따라 액셀 페달에 있는 0 ~ 5V의 아날로그 전압값을 VCU(vechile control unit)에 인가되면 차량의 가속 상태에 따라 모터제어기(MCU)에 토크 및 속도 명령이 전달하고 MCU는 엔진의 감속기를 통해 휠 바퀴에 동력을 발생시켜 증속하고, 브레이크 페달 구동에 따라 브레이크 페달에 연결된 각도센서에 의해 브레이크 페달량을 확인하고 각도값을 차량제어기(VCU)에 전달하고 브레이크 라인에 설치되는 공기압 조절밸브(PCV)에 의해 공기 압력을 전기적으로 제어되도록 감속하도록 구성된다. 이에 따라, 플러그인 하이브리드 청소차의 증속 및 감속시 모터의 동력으로 바퀴에 가속 및 감속 신호를 송출하기 위해 차량 현재 속도, 크리프 토크 연산값, 액셀 페달의 변환값 및 회생제동 연산값을 산출하여 제동 공압을 감압하여 제동토크를 줄여주고, 감소된 제동토크에 의해 원할한 회생제동을 통해 안정적인 PHEV 청소차의 주행을 보장할 수 있다.
