The present invention relates to a method to make a bleed air duct, capable of minimizing making and welding processes. According to the present invention, the method to make a bleed air duct comprises: a making condition input step (S100) of inputting a making condition for making a bleed air duct unit (1); a three-dimensional (3D) printing step (S200) of making the bleed air duct unit (1) by a selective melting and stacking scheme (S110) based on the inputted making condition; and an inspection step (300).
