The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling charging of an environment-friendly vehicle, a system including the same, and a method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a predicted state of charge (SOC) calculating module configured to calculate a predicted SOC predicted to be consumed when the vehicle travels until the vehicle reaches a destination; a current SOC calculating module configured to calculate a current SOC of the vehicle; a mode start control module configured to determine a first mode in which the vehicle travels through driving of an electric motor and a second mode in which the vehicle travels through driving of an electric motor even though the current SOC is not more than a reference SOC, by using the predicted SOC and the current SOC; and an SOC adjusting module configured to adjust a minimum SOC use area when the vehicle starts the second mode.

    본 발명은 친환경 차량의 충전 제어 장치, 그를 포함한 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 친환경 차량의 충전 제어 장치는 차량이 목적지까지 주행 시 소요될 것으로 예상되는 소요 예상 SOC(State of Charge)를 계산하는 소요 예상 SOC 계산부; 상기 차량의 현재 SOC를 계산하는 현재 SOC 계산부; 상기 소요 예상 SOC와 상기 현재 SOC를 이용하여 전기 모터 구동으로 주행되는 제 1 모드, 현재 SOC가 기준 SOC 이하더라도 전기 모터 구동으로 목적지까지 주행되는 제 2 모드를 판단하는 모드 진입 제어부; 및 상기 제 2 모드 진입 시 SOC 최소 사용 영역을 조정하는 SOC 조정부를 포함할 수 있다.
