The present invention provides a thermal energy recovery system capable of improving heat recovery efficiency. According to the present invention, the thermal energy recovery system comprises an engine (10), a turbocharger (20), an air cooler (30), a cooler (40), first and second circulation flow paths (50, 60), first and second heat exchange units (71, 72), an expander (73), a power recovery device (74), and a control unit (90). When a second temperature is higher than a first temperature, the control unit adjusts an inflow rate of the working medium toward the first heat exchange unit (71) to allow an overheating degree of the working medium flowing between the second heat exchange unit (73) and the expander (73) to be within a predetermined range. When the second temperature is lower than the first temperature, the control unit stops heat exchange in the second heat exchange unit (21) and also adjusts an inflow rate of the working medium toward the first heat exchange unit (71) to allow an overheating degree of the working medium flowing between the first and second heat exchange units (72, 73) to be within a predetermined range.

    본 발명은 열회수 효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 열에너지 회수 시스템을 제공하는 것이다. 열에너지 회수 시스템이며, 엔진(10)과, 과급기(20)와, 에어 쿨러(30)와, 냉각기(40)와, 제1 순환 유로(50)와, 제2 순환 유로(60)와, 제1 열교환부(71)와, 제2 열교환부(72)와, 팽창기(73)와, 동력 회수기(74)와, 제2 온도가 제1 온도보다도 높을 때는, 제2 열교환부(72)와 팽창기(73) 사이의 부위를 흐르는 작동 매체의 과열도가 소정 범위가 되도록 제1 열교환부(71)로의 작동 매체의 유입량을 조정함과 함께, 제2 온도가 제1 온도 이하일 때는, 제2 열교환부(72)에 있어서의 열교환을 정지시킴과 함께, 제1 열교환부(71)와 제2 열교환부(72) 사이의 부위를 흐르는 작동 매체의 과열도가 소정 범위가 되도록 제1 열교환부(71)로의 작동 매체의 유입량을 조정하는 제어부(90)를 구비하는 것이다.
