The present invention relates to a brake system for a parking brake, capable of braking a wheel by hydraulic pressure generated by the operation force of a brake pedal. The brake system for a parking brake includes: a plate module (100) having a coupling hole (190) at the center thereof in which components are accommodated in the coupling hole (190); an operation lever (600) coupled by passing through the plate module (100); a push rod (110) for generating an expanding force in association with the actuation of the operation lever (600); a piston assembly (130) extending outwardly by the expansion force of the push rod (110); a first piston (140); a shoe body (200) coupled to the piston assembly (130) and the first piston (140) and extending outwardly; and a lining (300) provided on the outer peripheral portion of the shoe body (200). The plate module (100) has a brake fluid inlet (500).

    본 발명 주차브레이크겸용 브레이크장치는, 중앙에 결합공(190)이 구비되고, 결합공(190) 내에 구성부품이 내장된 플레이트모듈(100), 상기 플레이트모듈(100)을 관통하여 결합된 조작레버(600), 상기 조작레버(600)의 작동에 연동하여 확장력을 발생시키는 푸시로드(110), 상기 푸시로드(110)의 확장력에 의하여 외측으로 확장되는 피스톤어셈블리(130) 및 제1피스톤(140), 상기 피스톤어셈블리(130) 및 제1피스톤(140)과 결합되어 외측으로 확장되는 슈본체(200), 상기 슈본체(200)의 외주연에 구비된 라이닝(300)으로 이루어지되, 상기 플레이트모듈(100)에는 브레이크액 유입구(500)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
