According to the present invention, disclosed is a flashing signal device for road safety. According to the present invention, when a failure/accident occurs on a highway, a device autonomously recognizes the accident, and a driver or a rescue crew directly operates and a control central operates a delimiter in a lighting mode by wireless communication. So, the signal device recognizes an accident situation in front of a vehicle running in the rear and induces the vehicle to slow down. Therefore, by inducing the slowing of the vehicle proceeding from the rear of an accident vehicle, it is possible to cope with a forward accident situation, to prevent a secondary accident and drastically reduce mortality rate by 80% or more. The flashing signal device includes a wind power generator and a solar cell.

    본 발명은 도로안전용 점멸신호기를 개시한다. 본 발명에 따르면,고속도로 상의 고장/사고 발생시, 기기 장치 자체적으로 사고를 인식하고, 운전자 또는 사고 수습자 등이 직접 동작하거나, 중앙관제센타에서 무선통신을 통해 사고 부근의 델리네이터를 경광 모드를 동작시킴으로써, 후방에서 진행하는 차량에게 전방의 사고 현황을 인지시켜 서행을 유도한다.따라서, 사고 차량의 후방에서 진행하는 차량의 서행을 유도함으로써, 전방의 사고 상황에 대처가능하기 때문에, 2차 사고를 예방하고, 치사율을 80%이상 획기적으로 감소시킬 수 있다.
