The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a pneumatic tire, which comprises a step of forming a tire inner liner film coated with a new rubber adhesive liquid containing a specific component in a specific admixing ratio and a splice joint by winding a tire building drum with the inner liner film to overlap both ends of the inner liner film with each other, wherein the rubber adhesive liquid is coated in a thickness of 10 to 100 μm, and the splice joint has a length of 20 to 100 mm.

    본 발명은 특정 성분이 특정 배합비로 포함된 새로운 고무접착액이 코팅된 타이어 인너라이너 필름과 상기 인너라이너 필름으로 타이어 성형드럼을 감싸 인너라이너 필름의 양 말단부를 겹쳐서 스플라이스 조인트를 형성하는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 고무접착액 코팅 두께는 10~100㎛이고 상기 스플라이스 조인트의 길이는 20~100mm인 것인, 공기입 타이어의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
