The present invention provides a method and an execution device thereof, which process a motion gesture feedback in a non-driving state instead of determining whether the motion gesture feedback is processed by determining whether a vehicle is in a driving state or the non-driving state. Also, the present invention executes the motion gesture feedback if a stable condition is detected even in the driving state and does not execute the motion gesture feedback only when an unstable condition is detected in the driving state. The present invention describes implementation of an in-vehicle gesture function in accordance with the condition of braking/steering/sensors of the vehicle. For example, the gesture function is disabled when a driver turns left/right, or the gesture function is disabled during sudden stop or accelerating of the vehicle so that the driver concentrates on only driving. The method comprises the following procedures of: outputting a recognition result value; determining whether the driving state of a current user and the driving state of the vehicle are unstable; and executing the normal motion gesture feedback.

    이전처럼 자동차가 주행 상태인지 비주행 상태인지만 판단하여 모션제스처 피드백 처리 여부를 결정하는 것이 아니라, 비주행 상태에서의 모션제스처 피드백 처리는 당연하고 이에 덧붙여 주행 상태에서도 안정조건임이 감지되면 모션제스처 피드백을 실행하고 주행 상태 중에 불안정 조건이 감지된 경우에만 모션제스처 피드백을 실행하지 않는 방법 및 그 수행 장치를 제안한다. 본 발명에서는, 차량의 제동/조향/센서 들의 입력을 받아 조건에 맞춘 차량 내 제스처 기능 구현에 대해 기술하고자 한다. 예를 들어 운전자가 좌/우회전을 할 때 제스처 기능을 비활성화(disable) 시키거나, 차량의 급정거 및 악셀링 중에는 운전자가 운전에만 집중하고자 제스처 기능을 비활성화한다.
