The present invention relates to an electric vehicle charging apparatus by using a ground transformer. The electric vehicle charging apparatus can comprise: a first port configured to supply power to the electric vehicle; a second port electrically connected to the first port and configured to receive power from a ground transformer; and a blocking part for switching an open/close state between the first port and the second port. Therefore, an environment in which an electric vehicle is charged by receiving power from a ground transformer is provided to contribute to the expansion of an electric vehicle charging infrastructure.

    본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 지상변압기를 이용한 전기차 충전 장치는, 전기차에 전원을 공급하도록 구성된 제1 포트와, 제1 포트에 전기적으로 연결되고 지상변압기로부터 전원을 공급받도록 구성된 제2 포트와, 제1 포트와 제2 포트의 사이의 개폐상태를 스위칭하는 차단부를 포함할 수 있다.
