The present invention provides a movement reduction device for an offshore structure, to maintain a stable floating state of the offshore structure. According to the present invention, the movement reduction device for an offshore structure comprises: a main body coupled to both side bottoms of the offshore structure floated on the sea; a plurality of seawater injection tubes coupled and installed on the inside of the main body to allow a bottom to penetrate the bottom surface of the main body and allow a top to penetrate the upper surface of the main body, and disposed to be spaced apart from each other in a direction from a bow to a stern of the offshore structure; a seawater supply tube disposed to allow one longitudinal end to be connected to the seawater injection tube and allow the other longitudinal end to be submerged under the water; a plurality of injection adjustment valves connected and installed to one side of the seawater injection tube, respectively, and adjusting the opening/closing degree of the seawater supply tube; a pumping device connected and installed to one side of the seawater supply tube, and generating a pumping force to suck the seawater at the other longitudinal end of the seawater supply tube and inject/discharge the sucked seawater to the lower side of the main body through the bottom of the seawater injection tube; a location measurement unit installed on the offshore structure, and measuring an inclination by rolling and pitching of the offshore structure; and a control unit connected to the injection adjustment valve, the pumping device, and the location measurement unit to reduce rolling and pitching movement of the offshore structure while controlling injection and the injection amount of seawater through the seawater injection tube through adjustment of the opening/closing degree of the injection adjustment valve when the pumping device is operated in accordance with the inclination of the offshore structure measured in the location measurement unit.

    본 발명은, 해상에 부유하는 해양구조물의 양측 하단에 각각 결합되는 본체, 하단은 본체의 저면을 관통하고, 상단은 본체의 상면을 관통하도록 본체 내측에 결합 설치하며, 해양구조물의 선수에서 선미 방향으로 상호 이격되게 배치되도록 복수개가 마련된 해수분사튜브, 길이방향 일단은 해수분사튜브에 연결되며, 길이방향 타단은 해상의 수중에 잠김되도록 배치하는 해수공급튜브, 각각의 해수분사튜브 일측에 연결 설치하며, 해수분사튜브의 개폐정도를 조절하는 복수개의 분사조절밸브, 해수공급튜브의 일측에 연결 설치하며, 해수공급튜브의 길이방향 타단에서 해수를 흡입되게 한 후, 해수분사튜브의 하단을 통해 본체의 하방으로 해수를 분사 배출되게 펌핑력을 발생시키는 펌핑장치, 해양구조물에 설치하며, 해양구조물의 롤링 및 피칭에 의한 기울기를 측정하는 위치측정부, 분사조절밸브와 펌핑장치 및 위치측정부와 연결되어, 위치측정부에서 측정된 해양구조물의 기울기에 따라 펌핑장치를 작동시킨 상태에서 분사조절밸브의 개폐정도를 조절하면서 해수분사튜브를 통한 해수의 분사여부 및 분사량을 제어하면서 해양구조물의 롤링 및 피칭 운동을 감소시키는 제어부를 포함하는 해양구조물용 동요감소장치를 제공한다.
