Disclosed is a semi-permanent draft plate. The present invention provides the semi-permanent draft plate including: a plate-shaped base formed therein with a cavity with a hollow center so that a model ship is positioned therein; and a plurality of reinforcing plates having the same thickness and length and including one end coupled and attached to an inner side portion of the cavity and an opposite end coming into contact with the model ship, wherein an end portion of the reinforcing plate coming into contact with the model ship is provided with a tight contact part formed of a rubber, so that the draft plate according to the present invention is semi-permanently reused without producing a new draft plate whenever a model line is changed, and thus the production cost and production time of the draft plate is significantly reduced.

    반영구적으로 사용 가능한 흘수판이 개시된다. 본 발명은 모형선이 위치되도록 중앙이 비어있는 중공이 마련된 판형상의 베이스와, 일단이 상기 중공의 내측면부에 결합되어 부착되고, 타단은 모형선에 접촉되며, 동일한 두께와, 동일한 길이를 갖는 다수개의 보강판을 포함하고, 상기 보강판의 모형선과 맞닿는 단부는 고무재질의 밀착부재가 구비되어 모형선이 바뀔 때마다 흘수판을 새로이 제작하지 않고도 반영구적으로 재사용이 가능하고, 흘수판의 제작 비용 및 제작시간을 현저히 줄일 수 있는 반영구적으로 사용 가능한 흘수판을 제공한다.
