The present invention relates to an engine mount of which the inside is divided into an upper fluid chamber and a lower fluid chamber by mounting a nozzle plate in which a flow path is formed between an insulator and a diaphragm. Moreover, a hydro-fluid sealed in accordance with elastic deformation of the insulator flows in the upper fluid chamber and the lower fluid chamber through the flow rate. An air chamber expanding in the upper fluid chamber is additionally formed, and a diaphragm is mounted to divide the air chamber and the upper fluid chamber. The diaphragm is configured to be elastically deformed when internal pressure of the upper fluid chamber is lower than that of the air chamber. As stated above, according to the present invention, only when sound pressure is generated in the upper fluid chamber, the diaphragm is elastically deformed to restrict an increase in the sound pressure in the upper fluid chamber. Therefore, cavitation and rattle noise can be prevented.

    본 발명은, 인슐레이터와 다이어프램 사이에 유로가 형성된 노즐판이 장착되어 내부가 상측액실과 하측액실로 구획되며, 상기 인슐레이터의 탄성변형에 따라 봉입된 하이드로액이 유로를 통해 상측액실과 하측액실을 유동하는 엔진마운트에 있어서, 상측액실에서 확장된 에어챔버가 추가적으로 형성되고, 상기 에어챔버와 상측액실을 분할하도록 격막이 장착되되, 상기 격막은 상측액실의 내부압력이 에어챔버의 내부압력 보다 낮을 때만 탄성변형이 이뤄지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 전술한 바와 같은 구성을 갖는 본 발명은 상측액실에서 음압이 발생할 때만 격막의 탄성변형이 이뤄져서 상측액실에서의 음압 증가를 억제하므로 캐비테이션과 래틀소음 발생을 방지할 수 있다.
