The present invention relates to an apparatus for take-off and landing of a fixed-wing drone and a method for take-off and landing of a fixed-wing drone using the same, wherein the apparatus comprises: a support unit; and a rotation unit rotationally installed in the support unit to rotate in accordance with a wind direction, and enabling a drone to take-off and land. Moreover, the rotation unit is rotated in the support unit for the drone to take-off and land while receiving a head wind.
