The present invention relates to a method for controlling a switching frequency of an inverter and, more specifically, to a method for controlling a switching frequency of an inverter which monitors a temperature of a motor, a coolant temperature, and a coolant amount which affect loss of a switching frequency while driving a vehicle to control the switching frequency at a high frequency in normal driving and control the switching frequency at a medium frequency or a low frequency when use of the inverter is excessive or in a high temperature area to secure output of the vehicle and improve noise. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for controlling a switching frequency of an inverter comprises: a step of monitoring, by a control unit of a vehicle, a temperature of a motor, a coolant temperature, and a coolant amount when the vehicle is started; and a step of changing a switching frequency of an inverter in accordance with the monitored motor temperature, coolant temperature, and coolant amount.

    본 발명은 인버터의 스위칭 주파수 제어 방법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 차량의 주행 중 스위칭 주파수의 손실에 영향을 주는 모터의 온도, 냉각수 온도 및 냉각수량 등을 모니터링하여 일반 주행 시에는 스위칭 주파수를 고주파로 제어하고, 인버터의 사용이 과다하거나 고온 지역에서는 스위칭 주파수를 중주파 또는 저주파로 제어함으로써, 차량의 출력을 확보하고 소음도 개선할 수 있는 인버터의 스위칭 주파수 제어 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 인버터의 스위칭 주파수 제어 방법은 차량의 시동이 온 되면, 차량의 제어부가 모터의 온도, 냉각수 온도 및 냉각수량을 모니터링하는 단계 및 상기 모니터링된 모터의 온도, 냉각수 온도 및 냉각수량에 따라 인버터의 스위칭 주파수를 가변하는 단계를 포함한다.
