The present invention relates to a membrane type insulation box of a natural gas cargo and a securing apparatus thereof. A secondary insulation box setting plate for color studs is supported by a groove formed on the top of a secondary insulation box such that a plywood wedge is not necessary. A support area for fixing the insulation box is increased to improve fixation of the insulation box. In case of a failure mode due to a repeated load according to sloshing of liquefied gas, a damage of secondary membrane can be effectively prevented.

    본 발명은 액화가스 화물창의 멤브레인 타입 단열박스 및 그의 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 컬러 스터드 겸용 2차 단열박스 세팅 플레이트가 2차 단열박스 상부에 형성된 그루브(groove)에 지지 되므로, 플라이우드 웨지가 필요 없고, 단열박스를 고정하기 위한 지지 면적이 증가하여 단열박스 고정을 향상시키고 액화가스의 슬로싱(sloshing)에 따른 반복하중으로 인한 피로파괴(failure mode) 시, 2차 멤브레인(membrane)의 손상을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있다.
