The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a door step, which comprises the following steps: an acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) material injection step of injecting an ABS material to have the shape of a door step; a plastic plating step of performing plating on an ABS material; and a polypropylene (PP) injection step of fixing the ABS material to which the plastic coating is applied to a mold and injecting PP with the ABS material fixed inside the mold so that the ABS material and the polypropylene material can have an integral structure.
본 발명은 도어스텝의 형상을 가지도록 하는 ABS(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) 소재를 사출하는 ABS 소재 사출 단계와 ABS 소재에 플라스틱 도금을 실시하는 플라스틱 도금 단계 및 플라스틱 도금이 적용된 ABS 소재를 금형에 고정시키고, ABS 소재와 PP(polypropylene) 소재가 일체형 구조를 가지도록 상기 금형의 내부에 고정된 ABS 소재로 pp를 사출하는 pp 사출 단계를 포함한다.
