The present invention relates to a vehicle bumper beam. The vehicle bumper beam comprises: a support portion protruding forward; upper and lower shock absorption portions having a rough triangular-shaped cross section to form upper and lower shock absorption spaces at the upper end and lower end of the support portion; and a connect portion for connecting the upper and lower shock absorption portions. In addition, one panel is formed by a roll-forming forming procedure for several times to have a B-shaped cross section. And after the forming procedure is done, the panel has a predetermined length in the horizontal direction and a predetermined curvature according to the shape of the front or rear surface of a vehicle. Moreover, by arranging the shock absorbing spaces on the upper and lower portions of the vehicle bumper beam, the B-shaped vehicle bumper beam can be produced so that damage to a vehicle body can be prevented by efficiently absorbing impact energy generated in the case of vehicle collision, and passengers can be safely protected.

    차량용 범퍼빔에 관한 것으로, 전방을 향해 돌출 형성되는 지지부, 상기 지지부의 상단과 하단에 각각 상부 및 하부 충격흡수공간을 형성하도록 단면이 대략 사각 형상으로 3중 절곡 형성되는 상부 및 하부 완충부 그리고 상기 상부 및 하부 완충부를 연결하는 연결부를 포함하여 하나의 패널을 롤 포밍 성형방식으로 여러 차례 절곡 성형해서 단면이 B 형상으로 형성되고, 성형 작업 이후에 수평 방향으로 미리 설정된 길이를 가지고 차량의 전면 또는 후면 형상에 따라 미리 설정된 곡률을 갖도록 형성되는 구성을 마련하여, 차량용 범퍼빔의 상부와 하부에 각각 충격흡수공간을 마련해서 B 형상으로 제조함으로써, 차량 충돌시 발생하는 충돌 에너지를 효과적으로 흡수해서 차체의 손상을 방지하고 탑승자를 안전하게 보호할 수 있다는 효과가 얻어진다.
