The present invention relates to a method for winding a coil around a brush DC motor rotor of an MOC actuator including 11 commutators and 11 core slots respectively corresponding to the commutators. The method for winding a 11-slot containing brush DC motor of an MOC actuator according to the present invention comprises: a first step of winding a coil on an n^th commutator; a second step of moving the coil in the first step by one pitch to allow the same to pass between (n+1)^th and (n+2)^th core slots; and a third step of moving the coil in the second step by three pitches to allow the same to pass between (n+4)^th and (n+5)^th core slots. A coil is wound in a distributed winding manner by repeating each step in a method that the coil is wound on an (n+6)^th commutator instead of the n^th commutator in the first step when returning to the first step after the three steps are completed, wherein n is a number assigned to a commutator and a core slot, is any one of 1 to 11, and is a number obtained by subtracting 11 when the number of the commutator or the core slot is greater than 11 in each step.

    본 발명은 11개 정류자 및 상기 정류자에 각각 대응하는 11개의 코어슬롯을 포함하는 MOC 액츄에이터의 브러쉬 DC모터 회전자에 코일을 권선하는 방법에 있어서, n번 정류자에 코일을 거는 1단계; 상기 1단계의 코일을 1피치 이동하여 (n+1)번과 (n+2)번 코어슬릿 사이를 통과시키는 2단계: 상기 2단계의 코일을 3피치 이동하여 (n+4)번과 (n+5)번 코어슬롯 사이를 통과시키는 3단계;를 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 세단계가 끝나고 1단계로 되돌아갈 때, 상기 1단계의 n번 대신 (n+6)번 정류자에 코일을 거는 방식으로 각 단계가 반복되어 코일을 분포권으로 권선하되, 상기 n은 정류자와 코어슬롯에 부여된 번호로 1 ~ 11 중 어느 하나이고, 각 단계에서 상기 정류자나 코어슬롯의 번호가 11보다 큰 번호일 경우 11을 차감한 번호인 것을 특징으로 하는 MOC 액츄에이터의 11슬롯 브러쉬 DC모터 권선방법을 개시한다.
