The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a model underwater vehicle for a high speed test. The manufacturing method of a model underwater vehicle including a plurality of annular flanges having the same diameter, a frame structure unit which is inserted into the annular flanges and includes a frame plate joined to inner circumferences of the annular flanges and arranged at least on both longitudinal ends thereof, respectively, and a model bow and a model stern mounted on both ends of the frame structure unit allowing the model bow and the model stern to be manufactured again in accordance with a size and a shape of a real underwater vehicle to be replicated to be attached to a remanufactured frame structure unit. The annular flanges, the frame plate, and a reinforcement bar are coupled to secure stiffness of an underwater vehicle model. The previously manufactured frame structure unit is reused, and only the model bow and the model stern are manufactured in accordance with requirements, thereby reducing manufacturing costs in comparison to an existing technique.

    본 발명은 고속시험용 모형 수중운동체의 제작방법에 관한 것으로, 동일한 지름을 갖는 다수개의 링형 플렌지와, 다수개의 링형 플렌지 내부에 삽입되고, 적어도 길이방향 양단에 각각 링형 플렌지의 내주가 접합된 프레임 판재를 포함하는 골격구조구절과, 골격구조구절 양단에 각각 장착되는 모형선수 및 모형선미가 구비된 모형 수중운동체의 제작방법에 있어서, 미리 제작된 골격구조구절에, 모사될 실제 수중운동체의 크기 및 형상에 따라 재제작된 모형선수 및 모형선미가 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 다수개의 링형 플렌지, 프레임 판재, 보강바가 경합되 수중운동체 모형의 강성을 확보할 수 있으면서, 미리 제작된 골격구조구절이 재활용되고, 모형선수 및 모형선미 만이 필요에 따라 제작되므로, 그 제작과 비용이 종래에 비해 감축되는 효과가 있는, 고속시험용 모형 수중운동체의 제작방법을 제공한다.
