The present invention relates to a vehicle seat member with a soft feel and to a method for manufacturing the same, and more specifically, to a vehicle seat member, in which a soft skin material is bonded to a low-density foam layer, and the edges of protons are pressed by a hot press to improve the soft feel of the vehicle seat, and when the vehicle seat is sewn with other parts, wrinkles due to sewing is prevented, and to a manufacturing method thereof.

    본 발명은 폭신한 느낌의 차량 시트부재 및 이를 제조하기 위한 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 저밀도의 폼층에 연질의 표피재를 접합시킨 후 양자의 가장자리를 열프레스로 압착함으로써 차량 시트의 폭신한 느낌을 향상시키고 차량 시트가 다른 부품과 봉제될 시 봉제에 따른 주름이 발생하지 않도록 하는 차량 시트부재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
