The present invention relates to a wave force or current force measuring system which measures an external force applied to a mocked ship in a deep sea engineering water tank, which arbitrarily forms a wave force or a current force. The wave force or current force measuring system comprises: a support unit coupled to a bridging joist, installed in the deep sea engineering water tank, to be extended toward a water surface; a measurement unit coupled to a lower end of a support unit wherein a plurality of rod cells are embedded in the measurement unit to be replaceable; and a fixation unit located in a lower end of the measurement unit and fixed to an inner floor surface of the mocked ship. The wave force or current force measuring system is easily applied to the deep sea engineering water tank. Based on needs, an arbitrary rod cell is applied to the wave force or current force measuring system.
