The present invention relates to a method for diagnosing a trouble of a humidifier for a fuel cell vehicle. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for diagnosing a trouble of a humidifier for a fuel cell vehicle through long-term parking, a vehicle driving pattern, a fuel cell power generation amount and cell performance monitoring. The method for diagnosing a trouble of a humidifier for a fuel cell vehicle comprises the following steps of: determining a driving pattern of the vehicle; and measuring cell voltage of a stack.
