According to an embodiment of the present invention, a system for detecting inattention of a driver comprises: a first inattention determination unit determining driver recognition inattention by using image data; a second inattention determination unit determining the driver recognition inattention according to whether or not a vehicle is operated when first inattention is determined in the first inattention determination unit; and a third inattention determination unit determining third inattention by using at least one of a collision risk time with the preceding vehicle and a brake reaction time when second inattention is determined in the second inattention determination unit.

    본 발명의 실시예에 따른 운전자 부주의검출 시스템은 영상 데이터를 이용하여 운전자 인지 부주의를 판단하는 1차 부주의 판단부; 상기 1차 부주의 판단부에서 1차 부주의로 판단된 경우, 차량 조작 여부에 따라 상기 운전자 인지 부주의를 판단하는 2차 부주의 판단부; 상기 2차 부주의 판단부에서 2차 부주의로 판단된 경우, 선행차량과의 충돌위험시간 또는 브레이크 반응시간 중 적어도 하나 이상을 이용하여 3차 부주의를 판단하는 3차 부주의 판단부를 포함할 수 있다.
