The present invention relates to a reducer of a vehicle, comprising: a first coupler having one side formed with a first coupling unit to which a motor shaft or a worm shaft is coupled and the other side formed with a plurality of first protrusion units that protrude in an axial direction and are spaced apart from each other, wherein the first protrusion units are formed to have the width in a circumferential direction becoming narrower from an outer side to an inner side and consist of a first outer side support unit that is a radially outer end and a first inner side support unit that is a radially inner end; and a second coupler having one side formed with a plurality of second protrusion units protruding in an axial direction and insertion units into which the first protrusion units are inserted, which are alternately formed in the circumferential direction, and the other side formed with a second coupling unit to which a worm shaft or a motor shaft is coupled so as to be coupled to the first coupler and transmit a rotational force, wherein the second protrusion units and the insertions units are formed to have the width in a circumferential direction becoming narrower from an outer side to an inner side, and the second protrusion units consist of a second outer side support unit that is a radially outer end and a second inner side support unit that is a radially inner end. Therefore, inner side support units are capable of absorbing reaction or shock between the worm shaft and the motor shaft while outer side support units are capable of completely transmitting the rotational force between the worm shaft and the motor shaft, thereby improving rattle performance and response performance.

    본 발명은 자동차의 감속기에 관한 것으로, 일측에는 모터축 또는 웜축이 결합되는 제1결합부가 형성되며 타측에는 축방향으로 돌출되면서 이격되어 복수개 형성되는 제1돌출부가 구비되고, 제1돌출부는 외측에서 내측으로 갈수록 원주방향 너비가 좁아지게 형성되어 경방향 외측단인 제1외측지지부와 경방향 내측단인 제1내측지지부로 이루어지는 제1커플러, 제1커플러에 결합되어 회전력을 전달하도록, 일측에는 축방향으로 돌출되는 제2돌출부와 제1돌출부가 삽입되는 삽입부가 원주방향으로 번갈아 형성되며 타측에는 웜축 또는 모터축이 결합되는 제2결합부가 형성되고, 제2돌출부와 삽입부는 외측에서 내측으로 갈수록 원주방향 너비가 좁아지게 형성되며 제2돌출부가 경방향 외측단인 제2외측지지부와 경방향 내측단인 제2내측지지부로 이루어지는 제2커플러를 포함하여 내측지지부가 웜축과 모터축 사이의 반동이나 충격을 흡수할 수 있으면서도 외측지지부가 웜축과 모터축 사이의 회전력을 온전히 전달할 수 있어서 래틀성능과 응답성능이 향상된다.
