The present invention provides a method and a system for controlling constant voltage of a fuel cell vehicle, which can prevent a flooding phenomenon from occurring to a fuel cell due to reduction of a flow rate supplied by an air blower when the constant voltage is controlled to raise the temperature of the fuel cell when starting cooling. The method for controlling constant voltage of a fuel cell vehicle comprises the following steps of: determining whether vehicle state information satisfies a low temperature starting condition when starting the fuel cell vehicle in a control part; starting the constant voltage control of the fuel cell in the control part, when the vehicle state information satisfies the low temperature starting condition; comparing an air blower RPM supplying the air to the fuel cell with a preset stop control condition in the control part; and finishing the constant voltage control of the fuel cell in the control part, when the air blower RPM satisfies the preset stop control condition.

    제어부에서 연료전지 차량 시동시 차량 상태정보가 저온시동조건을 만족하는지 여부를 판단하는 단계; 차량 상태정보가 상기 저온시동조건을 만족하는 경우, 상기 제어부에서 연료전지의 정전압 제어를 시작하는 단계; 상기 제어부에서 연료전지에 공기를 공급하는 공기블로워 RPM을 기설정된 정지제어조건과 비교하는 단계; 및 상기 공기블로워 RPM이 상기 기설정된 정지제어조건을 만족하는 경우 상기 제어부에서 연료전지의 정전압 제어를 종료하는 단계;를 포함하는 연료전지 차량의 정전압 제어방법이 소개된다.
