[과제] 정전 상태로 되더라도 액추에이터의 제어로 복귀 가능한 액추에이터 제어 장치 및 액추에이터 유닛의 제공이다. [해결 수단] 본 발명의 액추에이터 제어 장치(C)는, 액추에이터(A)를 구동하는 모터(15)를 제어하는 구동 회로(D)로 입력되는 전압을 검지하는 전압 센서(40)와, 전압 센서(40)로 검지하는 전압이 소정의 전압 임계치 이하가 되면 모터(15)를 정지시키는 컨트롤러(41)를 구비하고 있다.
