According to an embodiment of the present invention, a motion attenuating platform for offshore structures comprises: a body unit arranged on the sea, and having an arrangement structure in which a plurality of pontoons are coupled to each other with a plurality of polygonal shapes; and a motion attenuating unit arranged in a longitudinal direction of a lower portion of each of the pontoons arranged between edge portions of the body unit, and attenuating heaving, rolling, and pitching motion of the body unit.

    본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 운동 감쇠 기능을 구비한 해양 구조물용 플랫폼은 해상에 배치되고, 복수의 폰툰(pontoon)이 복수의 다각형 모양으로 결합된 배치 구조를 가지는 본체부; 및 상기 본체부의 모서리부 사이에 배치된 상기 폰툰 각각의 하부에 길이 방향으로 배치되고, 상기 본체부의 상하동요(heaving), 횡동요(rolling) 및 종동요(pitching) 운동을 감쇠시키는 운동 감쇠부를 포함한다.
