The present invention relates to a wind power generation system using an airship, which generates wind power with strong wind of jet stream by using an airship, and converts the wind power to a laser to be transmitted to the ground. The laser is converted to electricity on the ground to generate electric power. The wind power generation system comprises: an airship generating electric power through wind power generation by flying in the air, and transmitting the generated electric power to a laser; and a ground receiving unit receiving the laser transmitted from the airship to be converted to electricity. Therefore, on the ground, electric power of the airship can be effectively and conveniently collected.

    비행선을 이용하여 제트 스트림(jet stream)의 강한 바람을 이용하여 풍력 발전을 하고, 이를 레이져로 변환하여 지상으로 송신한 후 지상에서 이를 전기로 변환하여 전력을 생산할 수 있도록 한 비행선을 이용한 풍력발전시스템에 관한 것으로서, 공중 부양되어 풍력 발전을 통해 전력을 생산하고, 생산전력을 레이져로 송신하는 비행선; 및 상기 비행선로부터 송신된 레이져를 수신하여 전기로 변환하는 지상 수신부를 포함하여 비행선을 이용한 풍력발전시스템을 구현함으로써, 지상에서 비행선의 전력을 회수하는 데 효율성과 편리함을 제공한다.
