The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an anti-slip plate for a train, more specifically, which comprises: a display step of displaying an anti-slip shape and a screw coupling position guide hole on one surface of a base material plate; a corrosion step of corroding the anti-slip shape and the screw coupling position guide hole formed by the display step with an oxide; and a drilling step of drilling a screw hole by being fitted to the screw coupling position guide hole formed by being corroded by the corrosion step. Therefore, manufacturing ability can be improved, and a defect rate of products can be reduced.
본 발명은 철도차량용 슬립 방지 발판의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히, 원재료 플레이트의 일면에 미끄럼 방지 형상 및 스크류 체결 위치 안내홀을 표시하는 표시 단계와, 상기 표시 단계에 의하여 형성된 미끄럼 방지 형상 및 스크류 체결 위치 안내홀을 산화물로 부식시키는 부식 단계와, 상기 부식 단계에 의하여 부식되어 형성된 상기 스크류 체결 위치 안내홀에 맞추어 스크류 홀을 천공시키는 드릴링 단계를 포함함으로써, 제조성을 향상시키고, 제품의 불량률을 저하시키는 이점을 제공한다.
