The present invention relates to a link speed generation method based on segment data, wherein a center server (CS) receives the segment data generated by on board equipment (OBE) and calculates a representative link passing speed in consideration of the presence and absence states of signal standby of each collector, in an urban traffic information system (UTIS) including the CS, road side equipment (RSE) and OBE mounted on a probe vehicle. Accordingly, the present invention can improve the accuracy of a traffic signal.

    본 발명은 프로브 차량에 탑재되는 OBE(On Board Equipment), RSE(Road Side Equipment), CS(Center Server)를 구비하는 도시교통정보 시스템(UTIS)에서, 상기 CS가 상기 OBE에 의하여 생성되는 세그먼트 데이터를 입력받고, 각 수집원의 신호대기 유무상태를 고려하여 대표링크통행속도를 산출하는 세그먼트데이터 기반의 링크속도 생성 방법이다.
